Who's that? Why do people put up photos without telling us who they are?

...apparently someone out of http://www.sonsanddaughtersloveyou.com/ which seems to be a pop group. I got this by tracing the URL of the photo. Ichbineimnmod is be an established poster, not a spammer. I wonder why he/she thought it not polite or necessary to say who the subject of the photo was?
