Most disliked club

edit:@Geri
no reason, why JTG'd be biased but I beg to differ with him; I go to a few 'championship' games per year, and never found that animosity anywhere else, either towards club or fans - I presume we keep radically different company.
The plastic pitch thing - and one D Evans, esq - are the most damning prosecution evidence, but that was some while back....

Non-league it used to be Hornchurch without a doubt. Now I think it's Weymouth, though I'm sure there's somewhere else. I hate Stevenage just because of what they did to Farnborough. Funnily enough AFC Wimbledon would figure highly (because people think they're 'cheating' by being so big so easily).

leeds, millwall, and now chelski and blackburn....birmingham have never been that populer...and mk dons.....well....

Leeds - because of Revie's undoubtedly talented but otherwise vile team, and their moronic, arrogant, gloating fans. It always delighted me that they never won as much as they should have done - it was like some divine moral judgement was served upon them.

Liverpool - mainly because of the Paisley era. Brilliantly effective, yes, but they really were 'the red machine', just monotonously efficient. Always hated watching them. Thse days I can't stand their fans - I know so many here in London, some of whom have never once been to a match. Supporting them has become 'the blokeish option' for the otherwise uncommitted.

Arsenal - Mourinho and Fergy are dead right: The Arse ARE the FA's team, and always have been. They represent football's establishment, and they've usually had preferential treatment. The first few times I went there - in the 70's and 80's - they used to have a tedious RAF band playing marching tunes before the match and at half time, they wouldn't play records like every other club. I always felt that kinda summed them up, and still do. Also, I've never met an Arsenal fan that I liked, never.

Birmingham - well I'm a Villa fan, so what do you expect!

Chapter and verse, please.
I add my vote to all who've nominated The Franchise. football sold its' soul bigtime when that happened

I dislike: Villa, Spurs (starting to like 'em more though), Newcastle, Burnley, Chelsea, Rushden and Diamonds, Man City, Boro, WBA, Blackburn, Coventry, West Ham and Millwall.

Out of those, I dislike Newcastle and West Ham the most. Newcastle just annoy me the way I get annoyed when idiots win the lottery and West Ham, I don't have to justify, they make my case for me.

What, by trying to play decent football with limited resources instead of sticking 9 behind the ball and playing for points every week?

Thank god for teams like Bolton with their wondrous long ball football - they're an inspiration for the mediocre everywhere!

Swansea .. only the Red Hand Brigade

Who are the red hand brigade???[/QUOTE]

type in Swansea City flag into google images or a C+P from the last game we palyed them.....

The majority were fine and some of the banter and chants were excellent, they especially loved Cardiff failing promotion and thought our bigger name players were a waste of money. However there was a sizeable number who let themselves down. English flags, Union Jacks, The Red Hand of Ulster and a BNP flag/logo on display - what is all that about? More insultingly, a large number throughout a minute silence for Billy Ayre and often indulged in racist chants. Rivalry and goading is one thing but it's really not worth that.

Please note I only said the red hand lot not all Jacks
