Morrissey walks off stage after smelling BBQ meat

He doesn't look the kind of bloke who could kick to be honest. It must be getting a struggle for him to see his feet past that paunch now

Still I could like him, in a Phillip Larkin type of ignore the person type way. But he's Larkin with worse hair and less talent, born 50 years too late.

so RD ever where a millwall shirt mate? No, me neither, do you know why? Its beacuse we aren't knobs and know what team we support.!

dave(thinks morrisey must die)

um.

isn't that a West Ham shirt? :D

I like Morrissey's music but only when I'm all soppy and PMS'ing. otherwise he's unbelievably depressing. Like bullet in my temple depressing

People always say that. Pretty sure he's taking the piss though. Girlfriend in a coma could not have been penned in seriousness.

thats the point foo. He has worn a west ham shirt on stage(and indeed on cover of one of his singles) but professes to support millwall. TIT:mad:

me and rd support west ham so this is very very unacceptable.

dave

Yes, that's the point. He's not really a football supporter, but it gives him kicks to wear a good old reformed Millwall shirt these days, with all the charming associations that implies.

Bearing in mind that this was after his immigration 'changing the fabric of Britain' moan and it's getting increasingly difficult to see him as anything other than a bit of an unpleasant twazzock. He's almost worthy of a battering with BBQ meat and fried chicken drumsticks.

oh i seeeeeeee!

sorry dave. :D

Morrissey looks to fat to be a vegetarian thinks be a secret meat eater.

:D

if im ever unfortunate enough to have to witness a morrisey concert at a festival or something.. ill be organising a mass barbeque in front of the stage now... how satisfying it would be for him to refuse to sing :)

Right - he's a knob. Besides, he actually supports man city or man utd, but he had his west ham / mill wall (the tit) phase because he thinks that by pretending to support west ham, he will appear more 'working class'.

It's funny how he tries to play up how 'working class' he is. If he went in most northern working men's clubs, he'd probably get the shit kicked out of him for being so effete and irritating.;

Compared to the usual dreary dullards that pass for pop stars these days, at least Morrissey is remotely interesting and not entirely predictable.

two blokes were having this very argument in the pub last night when i popped in. i had to push past them cos in their fury with each other, they'd blocked the doorway, and were oblivious to everything but their own VERY IMPORTANT POINT.....i thought they were going to have a fight  :D

Moz - bringing people closer (to killing each other) every day.

Yeah, as does Jean-Marie Le Pen, the Iranian president and Carol Thatcher. I'm just not sure I want to buy records or support their gigs either.

That's why it'd be easier to like Morrissey and his antics if he was dead and his unpleasant opinions seemingly locked in the past. The campaign for his death starts here.

Jean Marie Le Pen? oh dear scraping the barrell with that one t :D

tbf, i do think Moz is a precious tit. i also think Prince is a total precious tit - but it doesn't stop me wanting to see them perform, or enjoying their music.

Oh, Prince is a precious tit alright. But on the plus side he doesn't go around poncing around in Millwall shirts making unpleasantly mealy mouthed comments about immigrants and immigration.

And no, I wouldn't have given my money to Prince if he had been coming out with objectionable bollocks like that either. I'd find his songs would stick in my craw a little more too if that was the case.
