He doesn't need to. He's going to cook it tomorrow and eat it silly.

Me too DC but these are soft townsfolk :D

I think he means that the 'science' doesn't necessarily mean you're going to die of chicken poisoning

No it doesn't. If it were me, I probably wouldn't give a toss, or bin it. But as stated, I'm not cooking it for me am I????

She loves my curries. I could buy her sandwiches, tried to give her some cash today. So it's just me being nice and not wanting to give her a dodgy gut :)

Is she constitutionally week gutted ;) or is it that she hasn't had much exposure to stuff?

Maybe you could wean her onto bacteria and the like? :D

She has a very delicate stomach. Taking imodium once gave her some stomach ulcer or something, hospitalised her.

Hence not wanting to take a chance ;)

Awww - poor girl :(

I wish I was all delicate, then someone would want to look after me and not make me curry :D

So let me get this straight. You cooked the chicken monday and you're going to make a curry with it tomorrow then your girlfriend is going to take portions to work the rest of the week?

I always reheat stuff but I really wouldn't want to eat chicken that had been cooked, left and re-heated twice.

You could always just make a curry sauce. When cold, put this in freezer containers with cold chicken, freeze. That way you don't reheat the chicken.
