We've had "failed" a few times,but this is something else. To all intents and purposes, it looks like the programme HAS recorded as normal. It's down in the menu as "recorded."
When you press play you get the blue screen giving you all the info about the recording, all as normal.
Its only when you press play again to start playback that bugger all happens. Everything freezes and it stays on that blue screen with all the recording information.
Backup wont work in these circumstances, and neither does the "I" button. The only way to make it unfreeze is to press SKY and go back to TV.
Get thee on to Sky lady. You are paying for it. Get a new box.
If they um and ah, tell them in that case you wish to cancel.
They will be round quicker than Christmas with a new box.
