Nah, same film, same speed. Difference being this was on a night with a FULL moon (and I mean, being able to read small print by it), and , as you say, the street lamps have sprung into life.
These are actually taken in my garden, or rather in the abandoned refinary accommodation where I live. Its a damn cool place, complete little village with hospital, swimming pool etc. Even if it does get a bit 'Village of the Damned' on occassions. We are the only people there (except for our dogs).
