Montgomery Duffel Coats?

I would say wot? What is the point of a coat that needs dry cleaned?? This suggests to me it would not be suitable for wet weather. I live on the NE coast so it'd be a waste of time for me :) London seems to get it's fair share of wetness too, just saying.

Though I don't understand why they always say dry clean only on wool. How many shrunken sheep do you see??
I have shrunk plenty of wool things over the years, never a coat though. I wouldn't wash a wool coat because you can't get a good finish on it afterwards.
I wish I could stop looking at this thread, I DO NOT NEED A DUFFEL COAT
but I want one

This is my Merrell duffle coat. It is seriously the warmest coat I have ever had - I walked to work yesterday in the snow with just a t-shirt undernesath, and I had sweaty patches under my arms when I got in. It has to be at least zero degrees before I contemplate wearing it, as it is just too hot otherwise.

I will have a rummage for you, there may be one in a cupboard somewhere. If there is you are welcome to it but postage would be appreciated. Do you skype? You could see it that way and decide if you want it(if it's still there)

Gem, I would love it if it's a Montgomery, size 10, red, navy blue or green :D not fussy or out. Don't mind if it's a bit worn :)

It's none of them. I think I bought it in Woolies about 30 yrs ago and I'm pretty sure it's black. Shall I bother to look or not?
