Jesus as a new poster to this site the mix of really sound people and total dickheads is impressive its like the ying and yang.

huh? I dont get it?
isitme and drcarnage seem to be obsessed with me to the point of following me round just to tell me I'm boring* Toggle is jealous and wants a stalker of her own

* I can't personally see the point of going to the effort of following someone around just to tell them they're boring. They can't be that boring if you're following them round just to tell them they are :D If I find someone boring I just ignore them.

And it's just as well I'm not an attention seeker, I'd be creaming myself at the combined attentions of isitme and drcarnage ;)

Your boring and you smell of wee and cats and beans and your mum does dress you funny... Go away... to a hole... far away, you bore!!

What does it say?
It just says I don't have permission and windows is going to have to get permission for me to open the files. I was only trying it through the laptop as the other pc wasn't set up for the printer. I've downloaded the drivers for the printer onto the pc now though so I'll just keep the hd going through that one. It's changed from an F drive to a G drive now though. Not a problem, just interesting.

Thanks for all your help, I might actually get my student loan now
