I tried the boots on tonight. I'm not entirely convinced - they cut off at a slightly unflattering length. But I rather like them in principle.

I'm 6ft before I even go near shoes.

I used to wear really high heels regardless, but the other half is a bit of a shortarse and has nagged me into submission on the issue. Kitten heels are just about within acceptable limits, anything higher and he throws a sulk.
