I couldn't think of a better way to have spent my first weekend as a Brixtonian
(well actually i'm more of a herne hilvian )

anyway enjoyed it immensely.. it had lost non of old unsound fluffiness & the venue has great potential. i thought headjam were pretty good if you listened to them from outside! & all the deejays deelighted me as always. the party-ette in the park was a great way to wind down & isvicthere's running commentary on life, the universe & everything was a great blessing in saving us all from having to think ourselves (mind you he ought to teach his dog not to heckle him.) I hear unconfirmed reports i was in the hob after this but my own recollection of sunday afternoon is somewhat patchy.. sunday evening was spent imposing on the kindness of neighbours and I eventually got home at 8am on monday, just in time to shower, suit up and start the week

I meant to talk to Callie more when I met her at ocb, but before I knew it I was engulfed in an offmetits silence and couldn't speak. After standing next to a dumbstruck Mass for a polite length of time the poor girl made her excuses and left.
