Where can I find some? Ballpark 160bpm. Ideally West Midlands hard house (sundissential &c.) Not Andy Fucking Farley, tyvm.

I am shit at navigating Apple Music (a completely unused free trial for which is about to expire), suspect it contains fuck all interesting anyhows, and am completely incompetent at knowing how to navigate musical sites.

However, I have new earphones about to arrive and really need to up my gym game. Actual new mixes (instead of the 5 or 6 I've reverted to over the last decade) would assist here.

    Taahhhh.

Search sundissential under mixcloud and you'll find loads of stuff.

Worst case I can upload those old Hard House Euphoria CDs (Lisa Lashes, Tidy Boys, Lisa Pin Up etc) if you get desperate.

Yeah I'd also go on Mixcloud - you can get a Chrome add on to download them.
Loads of commercially released mixes from the 90s on there (surprised they're still up, actually) and loads of live mixes, promo mixes, magazine tapes etc etc

Two of those are blates good (fergie and ss @ Q club - dammit, need to find that), and you've reminded me to look up the TdV global sessions - tah!

One of those recommendations also has the word "progressive" in its title, which makes me feel like I need a wash.

    Progressive house :(

    Progressive :(

Don't get hung up on labels. The first Renaissance album is progressive house but is fantastic...apart from the unfortunate M People

Too fast. Drum and bass tends towards 170-180 bpm. Hard house 130 - 140 bpm.
