Mildest Chilli ?

I have some home grown chillies that were dried by my dad 20ish years ago and sealed in a jar since. They are a bit pokey and I have enjoyed them muchly.

Not sure about mild ones, can you not finely dice the usual red/green ones and add a smaller amount?
 
What has come over you herbs, you are never normally so snobby on food.
I'm no food snob - right now I'm eating Oat Bran flakes from Aldi. A food snob would buy Organic Fair Trade Hand-Milled Bran Flakes from Waitrose.

edit: And a true food snob wouldn't eat breakfast cereal in the evening.
