Noel's done that every night 'n' all. Great show though. The aftershow band are great as well 'Robots In Disguise'.

They had an aftershow band at your performance? One of theguys I went with loves them, he'll be gutted they didn't play in Folkestone.

for all those concerned about whether any of the ad-libbing is real or not - at the non-hammersmith on the 31st of march shows, was there a guy in the audience who sounded like louis armstrong that kept getting the piss ripped out of him by noel and julian?

i for one don't care if the ad-libbing was real or staged, i went to see the mighty boosh and that's what i saw

Been debating whether to go and see this or not... I've a feeling I might not like it and I'm not sure why, perhaps two hours of it would be too much?

What say the experts who have seen it?

(I do love the Mighty Boosh, btw)

It was very very good and I liked it and I did lots of laughs and it was funny and I liked it and Tanky and little Tanky and milesy did lots of laughs when they saw it as well and it was good.

well if you like the mighty boosh, go and see it! if you don't like the boosh, don't go :D

unless you're lovely like wiskey and taking your other half cos you know they'll love it.

The hecklers are real, they're not planted (is that what you meant?)
They're really fucking annoying, Boosh hecklers seem to be extra obnoxious, and they've been thrown out a couple of times.
Hurray!
More annoying than a fat crowd surfer.

yeah sadly the hecklers come with the audience in most places. but the boosh gave as good as they got.

i can think of better things i could have done with the money but i had an enjoyable evening. it just didnt make me ROTFLMAO

but i did quite like his spangly suit.

:)

the audience were all acheingly trendy with really daft floppy hair and stupid booming laughs (qute disturbing coming from a small blonde woman :o). some fo them laughed at really weird things - but its just been pointed out to me these might be in jokes from the telly show (which i've only seen once).

The aftershow (at the Cardiff Barfly) only cost £6. You may recognise Robots In Disguise as the 'electro' girls from series one and the 'goth' girls from series two.

I think the Robots might actually be the coolest people in the whole wide world.

I'm glad you liked the spangly suit, it's one of my favourites too. :) Not many could pull it off, I suspect.

Someone yelled out 'loser' just before Julian Barratt's jazz solo. When he was done he just said, 'who's the loser now, eh?'. Biggest round of applause of the evening! :D

i think some of its real and some of its prepared

I read a lot of different heckles that they've had on the b3ta heckles thread but i know someone whos seen the show twice and they say that some stuff happens every time, like getting tangled up in the bike, but i dont think it really matters. you just suspend your disbelief, its not important whether its done on the spot all the time.
