my sympathy for her has just gone out the window

Just spoke to her she was listing her symptoms...

Head feels like it's made of cotton wool. delirium? ;) Eyes burning.....

She thinks she'll be alright tonight.

I spent all 2½ hours of it laughing till my face got all hurty. :D It's still all rattling around my head at the moment. Some of it is very wude though - a lot lot wuder than what they have on the telly. Still, kids today, etc etc.

I ain't doing the pointless out-of-context parroting of catchphrases thing!

I don't want to get arrested by BigLeg

we saw bollo at the apollo

hurty face for me too, it was so very very funny :D

I asked the teenager if there was lots of words used that she didn't understand - she said no :D

it is a jazz trumpet respect for you, Tanky

no bother mister musty :D

you're a bit like cinderella, but you got to go to the boosh instead, which is much better than any silly ball

I did wonder about this during the stump thing :D

Often, when they spot little kids in the audience, they seem to purposefully start using even more filthy language.
Bless their cotton socks. :)

I liked it when he was going "I'm a stump fucker! I'm a stump fucker! Are there any kids in the audience? Yeah? Well that's S-T-U-M-P". :D

yeah, they obviously realised that with kids these days they're already going to know how to spell "fuck"...

Was Rich Fulcher constantly spitting in Noel Fielding's face in any of the other performances? The way he reacted to it suggested it was something new and, ahem, unwelcome. :D

Indeed he was. Sometimes he gets him in the hair or in the chest, but some lucky people get to see him gobbing directly into the man's face.
Sadly I only got to see poncho.

Poor Vincey.

I didn't notice the night I saw them I must say. Bob Fossil is my fave boosh sidekick (tho they themselves refer to him as "the third wheel on the boosh tricycle"). Seeing him live last Friday I really got this feeling off him that he'd be quite scary IRL. :D

No, hence the line "You can't get me, I'm protected by the script." :D

Well the spitting normally happens, maybe Rich takes the odd day off it to build up extra flem.

Did he spit at Howard's jazz record as well?

I don't think he spits on Noel, only Julian when he offers him the Jazz LP's...

Am going to see them a third time in Brixton, so will be able to tell you what is and isn't adlibed. :)

I'm so jealous of the people that are seeing it more than once! My once was not enough.
Still, there are rumours there might be another little tour in Autumn. Don't know if it's the same tour or testing out some new material, but I will be making sure I go to that.

i got tickets for the extra dates in brixton last week, we went last night.

why would you want to see it 3 times?? i got the impression that apart from the bits where they fell over the set accidentally NONE of it was adlibbed.

some of it was funny, the sound person was genius and the lighting and use of the stage was good. and i quite liked the flashy sparkly suit. but really.

its not all that is it

(derv loved it)

Noel's done that every night 'n' all. Great show though. The aftershow band are great as well 'Robots In Disguise'.
