Middle class wannabes want the working class to subsidise their pensions ?

Public sector workers receive better pensions than private sector workers, as well as getting better pay and working shorter hours, why should a factory worker earning a lot less than a teacher and having a less generous pension pay taxes to give the teacher an even better pension.

I dont see teachers and the rest of the middle class wannabes striking so the minimum wage should be risen or the state pension or welfare benefits.

Lots of these Tory voting public sector workers will cause job losses for themselves, the Tory led government will get rid of more of them now in the coming years for striking.

Don't set workers against themselves. Both public and private workers can have better pensions; the money could easily come from taxing the rich and corporations. The reason public sector workers are striking is that they're best organised. Private sector workers also need to be just as well organised, and today's strike doing well will help union organising across the board, including in teh factories you're talking about.

  13. Mine are worse; so you need to stop being so selfish and accept a pay cut. We can't be all in it together if parasites like you are going around eating, breathing, paying your bills, and feeding your children with abandon.

OK - I'll bite too (Gawd 'elp me) - would you please mind submitting a full list of who is "allowed" to strike and who isn't? (And it can't just be Welsh and Scottish stirkers, either)? And if people aren't "allowed" to withdraw their labour, what would you suggest they do?

Taxpayers contribute approximately £32 billion a year to public sector pensions, so private sector workers on much worse pensions are expected to pay for the much better public sector pensions via their taxes.
