Metric or Imperial

I am trying to lean toward metric more since the last time I made an imperial list of all the ingredients I needed for baking, then went to the shops and discovered that nobody prints the imperial measurements on packets anymore. But it's hard - I just can't stop the oz.

That's me exactly! I started this thread cos I just struggled having gone to the supermarket to buy ingredients and I'd written the whole shopping list in oz.
