I thought that MIA's first album was nominated a couple of years ago - no?

I'd agree that the Burial album is probably the most sonically adventurous on the list, but frankly it just depresses me.
 
I voted Radiohead, but I haven't heard any of the others yet, I keep meaning to get the Burial one cause I love Untrue but have been a bit slack in finding new stuff lately...
 
I've only heard Radiohead and Elbow's albums, and I'm going with Elbow.

Portico Quartet played at Offline, didn't they? I remember them being very good, I downloaded a couple of their songs. :cool:

its always the same,aload of indie band cunts with shit hair and spray-on jeans,add some soulfull fat female slag,wack in sumink urban,preferably someone black and from london.sprinkly with a tad of culture....bit of the ole violins or sumink yeh...

really hope that burial wins it but think it's unlikely. then again every so often they do give it to a forward-thinking dance artist...
