Given the number of little cunts who have stolen or attempted to steal the petrol from my scooter over the years, the Scoota seems like a very attractive proposition right now.

I don't doubt that its got its pitfalls like anything else but its all a step in the right direction to getting people out of cars and onto bikes.
It's the kind of thing I think could work well for hiring in cities - from the train station to the office and suchlike. It could be a while before they catch on though. I can't really see them taking off outside of an urban environment either.
