Kevin Keegan had energy and passion.

I think it's a bit simplistic to think that a manager is good enough, if he jumps up and down on the touchline and shouts orders.

McLaren is a better boss than Pearce imho.

Should have been Brooking & Pearce combination. Brooking as manager/director, Pearce as coach/motivator.
O'Neil total non-starter, but would have solved Englands hooligan problems because noone would have gone anymore.
