I like the first one with the single rower.

Hi RoyReed, thanks for your comment, yes I like that one also. I started at a full second and then speeded things up bit by bit. At 1/4s I didn't get many keepers - although that one is indeed nice, ended up at 1/8s but didn't get so many to chose from.
