May 14th: Josie Long + Voodoo Trombone Quartet + A Suplex + Anchorsong + MORE!

well I thoroughly enjoyed that, but am a bit druked hence the typoes

umm...........i done a silly thing. i thik i lost my phone in the dogstar. don't spose anyne picked up a red nokia did they??

i had a very nice time -thoroughly enjoyed atomic supplex!! and josie long.

then i got really drunk on the second red wine (threshold is somewhat lower atm). i was swaying and had to dissappear home. so sorry for not saying good bye to anyone. the craft corner also looked really busy and fun i have to say.

one thought that crossed my mind....the downstairs backroom really ought to have dj's in -seeing its now an important room as all the smokers are there. would be good for a dancefloor as it is not so big as the front room. ..

I expect it's just in your pocket, that's where mine always is when i think I have lost it.

don't worry, last time i was at the dogstar i managed to lose my headphones and my doorkeys

one day i will actually make it out to one of these... one day when i don't have to ride ~12 miles home and start work at 8.30 the next morning.

..

Craft Corner was amazing last night! So many people so much fun!! The giant rainmaker was a big hit. I particularly liked the glasses made from coloured sttraws, loo rolls and neon netting and the hat/crown thing that used shot glasses for eye peeeepers

Thanks to everyone who made something and to the people who came along to find out what we are all about. And as always thanks to those who left a donations to cover the costs of the materials. Craft Corner couldn't continue without them :)

Thanks again to everyone who came down, and the DJs and the Craft Corner crew - it's great to see Offline back in its old home and pulling good crowds!

It was so hectic I didn't get chance to take many pics, but here's a few. Did anyone else take pics I can use?
