This might seem ridiculous, but have you considered eyelash extensions? I got some the other day and I haven't had to wear any frigging EYE MAKE UP, let alone mascara, since. They're great.

About eight weeks if you don't put eye make up on - I'm guessing the oil in that dissolves the adhesive. I was all "psch no eyeliner for Pip? Fuck that", but you really don't need anything else - it looks like I've got liquid eyeliner on all the time

I've had eyelash extensions done several times by various 'experts' and have never had them last 8 weeks (even following the rules).

I find I lose about 50% by about 4-6 weeks. By 8 they're almost all gone (unless I go for a fill).

Oh, and as for mascara, I alternate between a few:

DiorShow (fat brush for thicker effect)
DiorShow Unlimited (narrower brush for longer effects)
Majolica Majorka (from Japan I think, it's a mega fibre mascara x 1000)
Lancome Defensils

Never buy: Cargo blu-ray. It has a tiny comb, which I don't mind because it's easy to get the edge lashes, but it fucking stinks to high heaven - so perfumey, never buying it again.
