The likes of brie & camembert, whilst not my cup of tea, could arguably be allowed to fall under the definition of "cheese".
The problem is that some tragic souls will use this a feeble excuse to stretch the definition of cheese to breaking point. Just because a soft, runny cheese has been permitted the name, next thing you know they're trying to claim that something which was extruded from the nozzle of a machine in a skanky factory can also claim to be cheese!
It's not big, it's not clever, and I won't stand for it!
