Marks and Spencer two dine for £10

yeah, although some of the items in the offer are bigger/better, I think you could end up with exactly the same stuff you normally pay £10 for :hmm:

Would quite fancy some lamb however so am tempted.

What's that drink someone posted? I'm sick of OJ

Elderflower Presse x 2

I just had a look at what was on offer. Looks pretty good. The chicken they had for this deal was either large or extra large compared the the usual medium size. The sides are mostly twice the size of the usual, apart from the salad.

Just noticed there are no veggie mains...

Ah well, not bothered about a huge chicken, although the leftovers would be handy for sandwiches I suppose :D

M&S in Brixton had no orange juice or elderflower presse.

I asked them why and they said they didn't have it. I asked them if I could take some orange juice from the shelf and they dithered around so much then decided to go out the back and ask management etc. so I ended up with a bottle of wine - which I'll give away :D

Shiraz, haddock thing, and caesar veg plus choc souffle over here, nom.

Im quite pissed off actually, there was actually a LOW-FAT option, ie. the ginger, lime and coriander chicken. Unfortunately my b/f wouldn't like it.

Why can't they have more healthy options? :(

Resurrecting this topic...

The £10 deal is on this weekend (Thursday to Sunday), and there seems to be a fair bit more selection than usual. I got some delicious cajun chicken, roast potatoes, profiteroles.

Only one veggie option again, but looked fairly good, fresh goats cheese and pesto tart things.

Much bigger wine selection now too, but also you actually get a choice of non alcoholic drinks, compared to the two orange juice cartons before, you can also get two bottles of sparkling elderflower, and also what I got - softbrew - which was actually delicious. Its sort of like non alcoholic fruit beer, and comes as four bottles of either citrus (what I had) or blackcurrant.

Oooh thanks for the heads up!

I was going to post this last night but thought people had got bored with it.

I got a cod dish a couple of weeks ago that was quite nice. The selections have got better, but I still wish they'd offer some low fat options. :(

Low fat? What's wrong with salmon, asparagus and a fruit salad?

Other than being far less appealing than a stack of profiteroles ;)

The cheese selection has shrunk :hmm: :( But I got a big chicken, nice wine, profiteroles and veg today. There's four meals and good stock coming out of that chicken
