margaret thatcher death watch

When she dies, the media will be awash with predictable, lying rubbish about how she spread joy and beauty throughout the realm.

Hence the need to provide a counter-argument.

Celebrating or pretending to celebrate her death is hardly a counter-argument.

The time to celebrate her downfall was back in 1990. Some of us had a few drinks then.

Gloat over some demented old woman's broken bones or expected death (and gawd that could be many years away - demented old folk often live, becoming increasingly demented, for a decade!) if you must, but it ain't pretty.

Bitter cunts on urban shocker. Ffs the only person on this thread with a decent point is derf and it isn't that he wants Scargill dead.

Another St Francis. You people are truly better than the rest of us. Thank you. Thank you sir. May we touch the hem of your garment as you swish past on your way to walk on the water?

Take a deep breath and try and let go of that hate. Try it - you may feel better. :)

Failing that you may of course touch the hem of my garment. I only do water on Sundays though.

Those holding out for an MRSA intervention may also be disappointed:

the Health Protection Agency showed the Trust had reduced MRSA cases by 50 per cent between October 2005 and March 2006. We also scored 97 per cent in a Healthcare Commission cleanliness spot check in December 2005.

Prosecco at the ready to chill, and VP knows where the CD is. Just in case.

I also hope Lady Thatcher recovers.

I'm busy this Saturday - she'd better make it til at least Sunday.

Then the party rolls over to the following Saturday iirc.
