Oh, right.
Sonny, the Home For The Terminally Bewildered is that way --------->

Wut?
Then you're working class, no matter how often you eat posh bread.Nope. I'm an agency temp. The lowest of the low.

What are they gonna charge her with?
And if throwing custard in people's faces is a crime, then there's gonna be an awful lot of clowns facing charges.
Home Secretary Jacqui Smith told Sky News' Sunday Live programme: "I don't think in a democracy where people are able to speak up that anybody should chuck custard at anybody in the street. It's not appropriate."
It's an assault, surely?

Of course it's an assault and a very twatish one too. Don't get me wrong I thought it was mildly amusing but I just don't like these sort of groups because they achieve fuck all, pull stupid stunts and generally piss everyone off with the disruption they cause.
"Yeah, let's throw custard at people and run about on runways cause that'll make the politicians change their minds and get the public on our side" Twats![]()
That's a highly simplistic and none-too-articulate view of what climate change groups actually do, packed with sweeping generalisations and utterly devoid of serious critique, methinks.
I suggest you go away, do some research and actually find out what climate change groups (and direct action groups in general) actually do and how they go about it before spouting this sort of thing.
so she is probabbly a cranky eco warrior but you can't always chose who your allies are .after all we sided with that bastard stalin in ww2
How is it full of sweeping generalisations? all this 'plane stupid' group have done is walked onto runways, which disrupted people's journeys and pissed alot of people off, and thrown custard into a politician's face. Has anything been achieved by this? no, do the majority of people support them? hell no is the third runway gonna go ahead? most likely.
While I don't disagree with some direct action, strikes etc, I do disagree with stupid stunts like these, especially as their done by the sort of people who contribute a vast amount to global warming, more so than people going on holiday once a year.
I do think they have a point but I don't agree with their methods that's all.
They are keeping the airport issue on the agenda, and making politicians realise how unpopular a third runway is. What action do you think they should take, they can't strike?
There are many parallels between Plane Stupid and the anti-roads protestors of the 1990s. They used Direct Action to try and prevent new roads being built. Whilst they didn't stop any of the roads they actually protested about, they were influential in causing Labour to abandon most of their future road-building plans.

Did you know that cold fusion is close?
did you know that a man made star has already been created it just can't be held long enough to harness its power?

Did you know that cold fusion is close?
You know this? You're already being fitted for your suit for the Nobel ceremony?
Industrial-scale hot fusion is, indeed only 40 years off.
Trouble is, it's been only 40 years off since 1958![]()
Did you know that cold fusion is close? did you know that a man made star has already been created it just can't be held long enough to harness its power? :

Which is ever so annoying, even if the analogy is demented.
