what, fucking what?
Savage Henry said:did I say you had complained about injuries ?
So what your saying is Ferguson hasn't got the right players to suit the tactics needed for dealing with Milan at home
but that is bad tactics . Tactics don't just come down to how you play , it's all down to who you use to play that formation as well .
I know it's a tenuous link but I do believe that tactics go beyond formation etc. and into things like training regimes/players bought for the squad . And if you use that as your definition of what tactics are then it's exactly what we were discussing
I was agreeing with you . Utd don't have the midfield to suit the tactics needed to play Milan , as I said earlier that is a tactical mistake made by ferguson albeit a very long term mistake it's still a tactical decision he has made when he chooses players to buy .
Except that could be labelled macro tactics whilst we were arguing over the micro tactics of that one game. Tactics for me is making the most of what you've got.

I was expecting a 2-1 Milan win , in hindsight I guess it would be cocky for you to say 2-2 but since you didn't know how crap your midfield would be before the game I think your prediction was a fairly sensible one !
