I didn't see any Freeman helping the campaign in my work place to save jobs from redundancy. Whereas the chap from the TUC explaining Statute on legal redundancy was more than useful.

But he spent an extra night in the cells because he was acting like knob, he probably would have been let off for BOP anyway seeing as 99% of the time it’s just used to take someone out of a situation. All that could have happened anyway was that he was bound over to keep the police.

Shouting at people with a megaphone and getting yourself pointless nicked is not challenging the establishment, it is not effective campaigning. Well done you have successful managed to support something that makes even the SWP look quite good in comparison.
 
Yes, it is far more effective to put up incoherent pseudo-intellectual twaddle on bulletin boards than to actually go to a public place and make a speach isn't it.:D

I put up pesudo-intellectual twaddle for my own enjoyment, i'm not claiming to be campaiging. When I go out and do campaining I do it in a far more effective way then shouting at people through a megaphone and getting myself nicked.

It rather depends what the speech is about.

If it's about an enormous misunderstanding of the law, then perhaps it's worse to say it than not.

I was pulled over for invalid sticker (it expired in febuary)
the officer asked for ID
I tried identifing myself verbally
also letting him know I was advised to let him know I had a cutting tool on my side
He was not satisfied with verbal ID and called for backup
( note ) he did not ask for anything else!!!
several officers arrived
and demanded ID
I refused and was unwilling to get out of my convaence for my own safety
one officer stated (I can tazer you)
He continued ( get out of the van or I will tazer you)
I said I do not give you permision to do that
one officer swung his fist into the van which i avoided ( I think this was a distraction )
then I was tazered
The officer that swung at me was the officer I asked "are you willing to exept all comerciale liability"
He said yes
before avoiding the fist I was holding on to my stearing wheel and my keys where on the dash
after being tazered my mouth still worked so i started yelling at the top of my lungs as I was pulled from the van and put on the ground and cuffed
" my given name is Don and my familly Name is leibold and I am being arested for lawfully traveling "
While they where checking out my convehence my pocket contents and cutting tools where removed from me
after talking further I asked several officers for identification and received none
I asked three seperate officers if I could send them a bill and they said yes
I was then taken to the hospital for psiick evaluation which I underwent questioning and was there for 4 hours
while there my van was towed

He is obsessed with "word games" all the time. Wibbling on about "I am not Mr Pollard" and "I am not a person I am a human being". WTF?

He's mad.

"The judge blatently ignored me in the dock because of the legal "four corner" rule. Anything in a box may be disregarded".

Where do they get this stuff and what makes them think that it makes any sense at all?

This "I'm a freeman and I am special and your laws don't apply to me" thing doesn't seem to be working too well here on planet earth.

Tasered, locked up for protracted periods, psychiatric evaluations, sectioning.

They'll end up in a four-cornered box, being ignored: it will be a padded cell.

You muppet. I was expressing approval of using his techniques because they seemed to be effective. The reason they are effective is because they are a highly developed form of the chewbaqa defence.
