I just got back from the pub and made mackrel on toast with beetroot.

Verdict: TOTAL WIN!

Tomorrow I reckon you should have fillet steak, big fat juicy chips, grilled tomatoes, grilled portobello mushrooms, homemade coleslaw (made with mayonnaise, not salad cream) and a creamy peppercorn sauce.

I didn't have any salad cream so I used garlic mayo instead. I'll have to go through the salad cream experience some other time
