An ex of mine used to throw some mackerel on the BBQ and I quite liked that. He was in charge of cooking fish I didn't know what to do with. He did a delicious steamed sea bass with ginger as well.
The only fish I cook is salmon fillets or steaks in a griddle pan. Or open a can of tuna for tuna & mixed beans pasta salad.
I'm not very adventurous when it comes to cooking fish, because I don't cook it often, because I don't like it to stink out my kitchen.
