Tesco tomato, kidney bean and rice soup pot thing with a buttered and slightly toasted pannini. Not sure it was the best thing to eat. Had the first half of the pot yesterday and felt a bit queasy for the rest of the day. Somehow managed to wipe that from my memory today....until now when I'm feeling a bit queasy all over again

Need to go out for fresh air and a walk to help digest it. Urgh.

I had such a nice lunch out today. Fries loaded with pulled chicken, chorizo, sofrito sauce, cheese, garlic mayo and chipotle mayo plus some bread on the side.

    It was really really good.
