Quarter of a left over tuna pasta salad from yesterday. Some pea and mint soup. Half a banana. A couple of celebration chocolates. Need to digest fast before gym class in 2 hours
Did loads of extra roast squash, sweet potato and onions last night. Made a stock with all the peelings and chicken bones last night in the pressure cooker. Made a soup with it all and some lentils and did some croutons with a loaf I baked a few days ago. Was pretty good and I'm not even a massive fan of that style of soup (everything blended together).
Chilli soba in a pot. It's basically a tastier pot noodle. And some fizzy water. I've got a banana that I haven't managed yet
It was an instant cup thing. Thai yum flavour. Had the vegetable one today quick was not as nice. Your post has reminded me that I have more chocolate in my bag
Had no time to make sandwiches this morning so just threw the ingredients and 2 pieces of bread in a box and made them at work. Random bits of ham, christmas cheese & a bit of salad. Also had some left over pea and mint soup in the office fridge. Noticed the sugar content and REALLY need to start making my own soup as it was ridiculous. Why would you need to add sugar to soup ffs?!
Tabouleh with feta cheese, carrot kale and toasted almond salad with quinoa, sugarsnap peas with peanuts. Then I had 6 mini sausage rolls
I had a sandwich with spinach, mayo and mustard. It was as weird as it sounds but I was shaking with hunger and couldn't figure anything else out.
You're lovely bubbles, but it wasn't as dramatic as it sounds, just that I'd been doing something vaguely physical instead of sitting on my arse, and my system couldn't handle it
I made a big pan of lentil soup last night, with fresh parsley, fuckton of garlic, tom puree, mushroom ketchup and a sprinkling of paprika. Fucking nommmm and loads for lunches this week
Curried parsnip soup (not sure if I liked it)...4 slices crusty French stick covered in cheese, toasted (lovely) mug of hot chocolate. Gooey flapjack
Half a can of chickpeas and half a can of kidney beans mixed together with salt, pepper and chilli flakes; fizzy water and and apple.
Made a gorgeous mushroom, celeriac and black eyed bean soup. Mushrooms and celeriac are a great combination. Ingredients were: Onions sauteed in a little butter Half a celeriac, chopped Some dried porcini mushrooms Half a veg stock pot Half a Kallo onion stock cube 3 cloves of garlic Some cooked black eyed beans and some of the water from them Not liquidised. It's nice to have a brothy type soup sometimes.
Multigrain crumpets (which have crack in them, I'm sure) with grilled cheese, a few cherry tomatoes and a can of IPA.
Brown bap from the corner shop sandwich bar with tuna, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Not very exciting but it filled a gap.
Wholemeal pitta with TWO southern fried Quorn burgers, pickles, salad, hot sauce and mayonnaise. So good Might have a Raffaello or two from my husband's Christmas chocolate stash now.
Mixed salad (lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, olives, red cabbage, spring onion, sprouted pulses) with falafels and tahini dressing
Threw some black eyed beans in the pressure cooker with chilli flakes and some stock cubes that I thought were well past their best, but the result was lovely. Mixed in some chicken and garlic and did some frozen veg on the side. Will certainly be eating that one again.
