Mixed leaves, pea shoots,avocado, beetroot with mayo and sauerkraut. Scrambled eggs on Rye toast and pork and leek sausages.
Sweet potato & spinach soup. Rocket, cucumber, avocado, king prawns. Either a cup of tea or a can of ginger beer depending on what I feel like after eating.

Cheese, salad and mayo roll. Didn't shift my hangover and now I want to sleep at my desk.
I had a service station McDonald's for lunch yesterday, it was shit. No gherkin and hardly any onion in the burger
Today's lunch was smoked mackerel with mixed salad, penance for yesterday (and all the other days of the last 6 weeks tbh).
I had a salt beef sandwich advertised as having rocket, beetroot ketchup and horseradish sauce....sounds delicious but it was really disappointing and bland, with no 'kick' from the horseradish sauce whatsoever...good coffee though. Cafe is new and was okay.
A bowl of mostly chickpeas and a few kidney beans - cold with salt and pepper. Well yum.
Going to IKEA which means (veggie) hot dog(s).

I'm eating a pitta bread with feta, tomatoes, olives, lettuce AND NO PEPPER because we have somehow run out without noticing
Couscous salad and prawns. 3 custard cream biscuits and cup of tea.
Yesterday was Portuguese tapas with work and a sleepy glass of white wine.
Today, I've just had tom yum soup with edamame, sweetcorn, carrot, onion, chinese cabbage, rice noodles and an egg. Soy and lime. I'd forgotten, it's the best lunch.
Beans on toast, and now a bag of malteasers.
Was feeling well grumpy so I ordered a domino's - pulled beef, chilli and pineapple =Hawaiian apparently.
Mackerel salad. Toffee fudge doughnut. Cup of tea.

Sesame instant noodles with watercress, rocket, spinach, really big prawns,garlic mayo, two poached eggs. I'll have that at about 4. As I've just had breakfast.....
Iceland's Zesty quinoa, this time with verbena harissa (green chili harissa with spinach and verbena), feta and parsley. Doritos. Maybe cake.
Cheshire cheese and red onion chutney doorstep butty, Chelsea bun and cup of tea.
I see a few lunches getting stodgy (mine too). Once a blast of cold kicks in I can't stop eating. I always allow myself to put on half a stone during the winter....among other things I had a big jam doughnut. It was really fresh, and oozing with jam. It was scrumdiddly!!!!

On a training thing with lunch paid for. I had a fried breakfast
Fried egg, two bacon, two black pudding, sausage, mushrooms, beans and two toast. I made a bacon & egg sandwich with the toast when I'd ate the rest and used it to mop up the grease and bean juice

Tomatoes, feta, olives and avocado with salt and pepper and crumbled Doritos on top.
I went to the uni canteen and got a lamb kofta and salad wrap. It's in my bag. I'll eat at 4.
