Low fat healthy cook books?

No :D waiting to see if I get redundancy before I look for another job.
I do 'secret' dining for them - go eat, fill out a questionnaire, get my cash back

Another vote for GL cookbooks - as well as Patrick Holford, Anthony Worrell Thompson's also got a v.good one. Great thing is, once you've done it for a while you get a feel for what else you can eat and start going 'off piste'. For example, at the moment, I'm making loads of risotto but using barley instead of risotto rice - works a treat! :)

The food is full of flavour - lots of similarities with a Mediterranean style diet. Love it!
