i reckon they should have sham and X ray spex and SLF whoever's left of the clash playing instead of all those other pissy indie bands on the bill. The fucking paddingtons FFS!!

that was a quality line-up they had 30 years ago. a lot better than you'd ever get at any festival UK today.

yea. i went to see what was billed as 'x ray spex' years ago and there was some young girl jumping about squawking into the mic. it wasn't very good.

sham 69 still play!!!! - or at least the played in Tokyo a couple of years ago, as i was very surprised to see. sure they've played those big blackpool punk festival weekenders too.

and SLF are still going as far as i know too, with the guy from The Jam with the mullet playing bass.
