Lost the keys to my bicycle lock!

I use 2 Kryptonite NewYork D-locks and a chain between them. I try to make my bike the least nickable as it's often then nicest on a rack

From a chain pov Almax are the dons, but very pricey - £150 upwards iirc

It's >1/2 the weight of any bike it'll ever be used on

No, i have a bad back though from carrying it all
tbh I'd rather have my heart straining a bit than lose an £700 bike I could never afford to replace

My engined bike only has a tiny disclock I can fit in my pocket, but is insured for 2xvalue.

you are fucking insane IMO- one krypto mini and a full set of pinheads would make it as close to unstealable as it needs in london and weigh ~20-30% of the shit you're carrying about with you.

What are these pinheads of which you speak? Any reduction in weight would be appreciated - though tbf I only need to carry my locks once or twice a week when I have meetings etc, as its secure when at work

I ride an 08 Canondale badboy. I've had one bike nicked before, which was secured with 2 Abus d-locks, and I was gutted when it went, so am perhaps overly paranoid now
