He's ate some food and drank some water today - and crapped all over the patio. We're really worried that people will ring up and claim him when it's not theirs, but what questions do you ask to find them out?.

Yes, do be careful as tortoises are VERY expensive to buy since the import of them was (quite rightly) restricted.

We always had tortoises when my sister and I were children and my parents still have the tortoise that was bought for my sister over 30 years ago.
