Thankyou to the lovely lovely 491 Gallery collective for opening it's arms and welcoming us in a way that so few places can these days.
The main room carpeted and decorated with our warming sunshines, a cosy sofa area, our cafe, upstairs a communal sleeping room, outside an urban candlelit pixie garden with a roaring fire pit and snugged up communal yurt.
Two days of pure joy and Small World magic.
One of our infamous cheeky, warm, colourful, indoor parties on Saturday.
Full of those wonderful warm open characters.
With everyone just so excited at feeling like this again,
with their friends again, with that smile again
LIVE.
The Tarantism Soundsystem (Celtic Dub Teckno Ska)
Glitzy Bag Hags (9-piece Gypsy Jazz cabaret swing your handbag thing)
Hightown Crows (Psycobilly Rock'n'roll)
Mel and Magnus (Songs you know in a way you don't)
DJ's
Pony and Tall Will (Funky Jazzy Balkan Gypsy Festy Ska)
Flowing into Sunday, a warm, intimate, luscious day, and
an evening of pan dimensional bliss and beyond
Joining forces with the venues own long running Sofa Sundaze.
An afternoon of warming music from the DJ's, an open mic session,
(anyone interested in the open mic just send us a mail back)
Good food from the cafe, large sofas to lounge around on with
loads of entertainment for the kids. In the past they have made a short play
and performed it to start the evening performances
An intimate evening of beautiful, inspiring music from our finest acoustic performers
Martha Tilston, Ballinsky Project, Three Wise Men, Makoto.
If you are coming and want to guarantee your entry.
E-mail us back with your names and we'll put you on the reservations list.
If you have kids and can't get out that easily
We have a kids sleepover room available if you want to come to the party
and a family orientated Sunday and both are free for under sixteens
We understand that for some of you getting to east London is a long way.
That's why we have decided to put on something that is worth the effort,
It's a two day gathering. A party to remember
and when you want there's somewhere to sleep (BYO blanket).
There were well over one hundred people who stayed over at the last one.
Food available on the Sunday to help you recover. And when you've finally woken up, well there will be the finest entertainment possible laid on for you, people to share it with and sofas to lounge around on.
If you need a lift or have one to offer
