It is certainly most odd. One would have thought that had such an event occurred, with the personalities involved, there would have been TV news coverage, not just a report in a down market rag.

Seriously though, the comma was completely intentional, a pause in the sentence. It was also meant in a sarcastic manner, I'm well aware that the festering foreskin, aka Bone is of course a native English speaker, even if he hasn't quite mastered it.

No I don't believe they are. My critiscism is of using not having English as a first language as an insult. It doesn't matter who he was levelling that insult at IMO it speaks for itself and of a fucking dodgy attitude towards non native English speakers.
