Didn't see this but were the rumours true that they only had two wise men One with a stolen hubcab and one with a bag of skag but with the third wise man getting mugged on the way to the manger for his giro?
I was watching for the locations - it was great to see inside St.Georges Hall.
I only saw the last half hour, so I think I missed the Bunnymen & Teardrops songs.
Recognised that lovely Shack tune though .
The littl'un knows some Beatles songs from watching Yellow Submarine & learning to play the songs on her piano - she was shouting & nearly throwing stuff at the screen at how they were murdering them .
Were there any cool locations in the first half? I'm not sure I could sit through any of it again just on the off-chance...
The Liverpool Nativity made me cringe! Am-dram performers, plus the usual inward looking sentimental drivel about good hearted, friendly Scousers and a Beatles singalong. If this is one of the high points of the Capital of Culture programme we're f*cked.
