Wonder why he did'nt bring Crouch on?

Cos he'd used three subs - at the time I thought Crouch would've been good in the conditions, but with hindsight he would have been like a baby giraffe on ice, rather than just the baby giraffe he usually is..

What I missed in the commotion was how we managed to get from a free kick from Essien's disallowed goal to giving away a penalty about a minute later..

Hmmm, total zzzzzzz game for the first 45 minutes, probably to be expected really. Picked up in 2nd half. Amazed at how quiet the LFC fans were for the final home game of the season. Hardly any chanting at all. Citeh fans made alot of noise, for support of Sven, so to be expected really.

Anfield is a quiet place for a lot of home games, but today was amazingly bad.

Good to see Insua and thought he did well. I really think Rafa should bring the young players like Insua and Plessis on next season. There's no point in investing in these young players if you aren't going to give them a chance.

It had been better this year, since the RTK campaign and the new Torres song has helped loads, but yeah, woeful support today.

totally agree about the young players, and considering we won the northern reserve league with alot of those players then I would assume quite a few are close to knocking on the door.

my point really is if Liverpool received a really good offer for Gerrard at what point would it be worth considering? It's not as he's not considered it himself over past few seasons.
