Liquid Cheese?

Bah!

In the end, I Googled a cheese sauce recipe.

It was more of a betchemel sauce than that vivid yellow stuff you get at the cinema.

It really didn't work with nachos :(
 
Cups are a minefield when it comes to baking, odd american volume measurment that I don't like.

e.g. 125g flour is one cup, but 200g sugar is one cup.
