Hi guys,

Apologies, not a Dulwich related post but thought I'd use the forum as some form of a platform.

As some of you know, I'm the Assistant Manager down at Lingfield currently. I know a lot on here are always searching for a game of football. Just an update that our 'home' fixtures are being played at AFC Whyteleafe for the remainder of the season and our home games will be on Friday nights with an 8pm KO. The first one being this Friday vs Midhurst & Easebourne FC.

It's fair to say the club isn't the best supported, struggling to get 70 each week. So any support and money in the clubs pocket always helps!

Be nice to see some new and old Hamlet faces down to watch

I did a Lingfield 'home' match at Bexhill the other day.

What's the issue with Lingfield's own ground? I recall reading about some sort of necessary improvement works, but it seems to have been dragging on for a couple of years now. I ticked it around 15 years ago for a midweek Surrey Premier Cup tie with Hamlet reserves.

somewhat ironically the work was delayed as the ground was 'too wet'. surprising....................... Theyve been homeless for 2 years now playing at Horley, Oakwood and now Whyteleafe
