Limited company Accounts

dervish if you flibble when you wibble, don't wobble

I set up my company on companies house for the £15 or whatever it is, it took about 5 minutes, by far the hardest bit was choosing a name.

I also made the mistake of going with big name accountants who charged over £100 p/m and did absolutely nothing, to the extent I refused to pay them any more, I now have a friendly accountant (who has to be a financial advisor because reasons) who sorts out my books, tells me what I need to do and who to pay and charges a hourly rate for the three or four hours I need him for over a year. The rest of my accounts are on freeagent which takes care of the day to day stuff very nicely.

I wish I knew all of this three years ago, a good accountant is worth their weight in gold, a bad one is worse than useless.
