Since the 1950s, a radical minority of Christian Right Theocrats have manoevred to hold prominent positions of power in the US (NGOs, Govt. Administration and the Pentagon as well as prominent media positions), where they use the rhetoric of the religious right to bend US public opinion to match those of the current administration. The link between American (corporate) fascism and prominent evangelical right-wingers cannot be denied.

Note - it is the Christian Right, and not Jews, who are running America right now and it's forgeign policies, and support for Israel is so prominent in their rhetoric, that the average tv-watching Joe could be forgiven for thinking that it's done only for Israel, but it isn't - there is a darker and older force at work here, seeking to not only undermine the American constitution, but also spread an evangelising vanguard to foreign and business policy in Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.

John Hagee, the megachurch pastor who is the current face of Christian Zionism in the United States, depicted Jews as Christ killers in a recent interview. Hagee also stated that Muslims have a "mandate" to kill Christians and Jews and that God caused Hurricane Katrina to destroy New Orleans to prevent a scheduled gay parade.

Christian Right and Christian Fascists have long spread 'propaganda' about Jewish 'conspiracy', which acts as a blind to defer the onlookers gaze away from their machinations, onto their perceived historic enemy as Christians, 'Christ Killing Jews'.
One thing which history has been quick to forget about Hitler/Nazis is how they used Christian ideological hatred of Jews in a Nationalistic political sense to gain the support of Church leaders and the populace itself:

But if, as Hannity reports, the views of the Christian Embassy are "personal views and are not intended to represent the U.S. government nor any department in which they serve.", then why does the Bush Administration appoint Christian Rightists into positions of power in Governmental, Legal, Scientific, Medical, Educational, and Military institutions?
