Have been to this great little festie for the past 2 years. It's at Mountsfield Park in Catford again.

Much as I would like to take a trip back to my old manor, I'll be in southern Spain that day. Damn.

Its pretty big for a 'little festie' - there's masses going on there.

The kids area was lovely last year, like a miniature Glastonbury theatre field round by the Insect Circus (its there again this year) - didn't really make it far from there but the rest looked good.

World Cup Final -- Sunday 9th July. The kickoff is, I think? in the evening.

The Saturday only has the third-place playoff, and that'll probably only be in the evening anyway.

I had to leave my bottle of wine with them until I found a plastic bottle to decant into.

But there's a thread in the London Forum on the Rise Festival (Mayor organised, anti racist festival) in Finsbury Park, also this Saturday (8th), also free ....
