Let's see a photo of your bathroom

Hers is a bit like that already.

Don't be ridiculous. I don't have problems with tiles falling off.

There are no tiles left to fall off :p

although they are 3 layers deep on the window sill. Maybe I'll lay another layer on top of those and they'll be 4 deep. :hmm:

Here's my lovely heated towel rail and tiles. The wall looks a funny colour - it's actually a stormy grey colour.

OK so here's mine. Typical city apartment bathroom. Heated floor. And yes, the towels get moved when we have a shower. And the reason there is a rubber duck is that it's a thermometer for the baby's bath

It's very white. No need to be embarrassed about your duck. we have a couple of glow-in-the-dark ones :D. We have a starfish to monitor the water temperature :o

Is that one of those short/long flush flushes on your loo?

yes, it's a short flush long flush thing. Most places have them I think. The reason I mention the duck is that it's a bit odd to have one in the shower wouldn't you say. not very floaty.

And yes Quimcunx the grouting was not the best. So we got the builders to lower their final bill because of it.

Must admit, seeing the seperate hot and cold taps on some of the photos has made me lol a bit. The Danes like to joke about it.

Most places where you live maybe. I think you'll find the majority of places elsewhere don't have them. They are very good though.

I just assumed the duck was there as you didn't have storage in bath area.

I'm lying really. It didn't even occur to me to question why the duck was in the shower :o

Oh, you're in Denmark are you? I'd sack those tilers then and those people who only gave you one tap. One tap?:mad::mad: You was robbed. Us British don't let our builders get away with such nonsense

We used British builders. Get mates to do it tax free innit.

We don't have a bath area. That's it. All 4.5 square metres of it. And it's bigger than most. The bathroom in my other apartment is a little bit bigger but has different dimensions. I'll try and find a photo.

Nope. Must have omitted to take one. Some places you are literally showering on the toilet, they tend to be a bit older and were put in as an afterthought. A friend here lives on the 5th floor and whilst he has a toilet, he has to use the kitchen sink to wash his hands and the (communal, although very plush and seperate rooms etc) shower is in the basement. Bugger that for a laugh. Other than that he did only pay about 50 grand for it and is ten minutes from the centre of the city by bike.
