I have now read starters (irish plum), main course (5-chili stew with sourcream sauce) and most of the dessert (turnover) and all I have to say is.... FUCK ME!!!!!
2 observations
1)cheesypoof hides her desperate insecurity with an incredibly smug me-me-me superior air and a tubful of passive-aggressive syndrome, which all adds up to a genius gift for annoying the fuck out of certain psoters, and I am NOT trying to be nasty here, it's just an observation, a (prolly poor) attempt to hit the heart of the problem quite a few people clearly have with her
2) despite ALL that, was ALL of that really necessary. did so many need to pile in to such an extent? either there's a million tons of historical subtext i've missed out on, or some people have a lack of sense of perspwective and/or thinness of skin which is really rather alarming.
if you find cheesypoof that annoying there's the 'ignore ' button; which will also mean in your mind you lose nothing of value at all, since by definition you don't think there is anything for you to learn from or value in her posts.
to clarify; i'm not concerned for cheesypoof's feelings as I've not enough dealings with her myself to care enough one way or t'other but i secretly suspect she wants the attention - I am alarmed about the lack of balance and well, sanity shown in all those who went for her.
