I've decided I'd like to eat more lentils, and pulses, but I don't have the foggiest idea what to do with them.
I always say I don't like vegetables, but what I really mean is I don't like vegetables just boiled/steamed and bunged on a plate... does that make sense?
So I'm basically picking people's brains for what to do with lentils and pulses, and veg that can be used creatively to increase their meal appeal!
