I actually really like R&S, and there are some good tunes on their other albums too. Liked that one with the Fontaines DC guy.

I've really tried to like Rhythm & Stealth. Individually some of the tracks aren't bad but it just feels like they went all dark and distorted, and tried to hard too find a new direction away from the dubby upfliting techno I love so much about Leftism.

I couldn't find anything on the other album to like. It's just too much of a lurch from the old days for me.

The couple of times I saw them were Leftism anniversary tours. Was looking forward to seeing them include other material.
I saw them in Bournemouth this summer and it was pretty much ALL non-leftism material. I respect them for not going down the heritage act route and playing the music they want to play but the crowd was a bit flat because we were all waiting for Song of Life or Open Up.

Saw them in Bournemouth in May & had a blinding gig. So many old people off their heads :D

Mega Bump:

I just got me 2 tickets to see them at Kentish town on Dec 16th.
Hope they've improved from last year. Saw them at Lakefest and they were fucking shite. Endless wibbling, stringing out Leftism tracks to the nth degree. So disappointing. I'd seen them at Beatherder in about 2014 and it was one of the best festie gigs EVER for me, 5000 munters dancegasming through the whole of Leftism. Last year - wank.
